Code of Conduct • Discipline • Attendance
Academic Conduct
- • Prayer: Stand at attention during morning prayer. Join regardless of location. MANDATORY
- • Teacher Respect: Stand when teacher enters. Greet “Good Morning/Afternoon”. “Thank you, sir/madam” when leaving.
- • Classroom: No entry/exit without permission during sessions. No wandering in corridors.
- • Free Hours: Must be spent in library/reading room. Loitering strictly prohibited.
- • Malpractice: Fraud/malpractice in exams = permanent removal from rolls.
Dress Code & Identity
- • Uniform: Compulsory Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. WEDNESDAY: CIVILIAN
- • Prohibited: T-shirts without collar, indecent prints/writings.
- • ID Card: Mandatory wear at all times in campus. FINE: ₹50
- • Duplicate ID: Issued on payment. ₹100
- • ID Usage: Required for elections, hall tickets, mark lists, certificates, scholarships.
Attendance Policy
- • Minimum Requirement: 75% per semester UNIVERSITY MANDATE
- • Condonation: Max 10 days shortage, max 2 times per programme
- • Leave: >1 period: apply to Principal by 10 AM. Guardian countersignature mandatory.
- • Absence: 1 hour = ½ day; 2+ hours = 1 full day
- • Roll Removal: Absent without leave >10 consecutive days → name removed
- • Duty Leave: Sports: max 10% of working days. Apply within 1 week.
Prohibited Conduct
- • Mobile Phones: Zero tolerance. Random bag/person checks. CONFISCATION + ₹500 FINE (parents only can collect)
- • Political Activity: No organisations, meetings, agitations, slogans within campus.
- • Substances: Drugs, alcohol, tobacco strictly banned. Police action initiated.
- • Graffiti: Disfiguring walls/furniture prohibited.
- • Vehicles: No entry beyond parking gate. Hon’ble High Court order.
- • Noise: Howling, shouting, loud voices strictly prohibited.

Students must vacate campus by 3:45 PM unless granted special permission by Principal
Discipline & Penalties
- • Final Authority: Principal’s decision on discipline is final.
- • Roll Removal: Insubordination, repeated misconduct, malpractice.
- • Emergency Powers: Principal can declare holiday in emergencies.
- • Criminal Activity: Mandatory police reporting.
- • Strike/Agitation: Zero tolerance. College is zone of knowledge.
