🎓 Undergraduate Programme Outcomes (POs)

The following Programme Outcomes describe the knowledge, skills, values and attitudes that students are expected to acquire upon successful completion of the undergraduate programme.

  • PO1: Critical Thinking and Analytical Reasoning
    Demonstrate the ability to analyse, evaluate and interpret arguments, evidence and assumptions, and formulate logical and well-supported conclusions.
  • PO2: Scientific Reasoning and Problem Solving
    Apply scientific reasoning to interpret quantitative or qualitative data, draw valid conclusions, and solve unfamiliar real-life problems using learned concepts.
  • PO3: Multidisciplinary / Interdisciplinary Approach
    Integrate knowledge from multiple disciplines and apply an interdisciplinary approach to analyse issues and develop appropriate solutions.
  • PO4: Communication Skills
    Communicate ideas clearly and effectively through speaking, writing, listening and presentation using appropriate tools and media.
  • PO5: Leadership and Teamwork
    Work effectively both individually and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership in planning, coordinating and achieving common goals.
  • PO6: Social Consciousness and Responsibility
    Recognise social needs and apply knowledge and research findings to support inclusive and sustainable societal development.
  • PO7: Equity, Inclusiveness and Sustainability
    Respect diversity and inclusiveness, and adopt sustainable practices with ethical and social awareness.
  • PO8: Moral and Ethical Reasoning
    Identify ethical issues in academic and professional contexts and practice ethical decision-making.
  • PO9: Networking and Collaboration
    Develop the ability to collaborate and network with academic, research and industrial organisations.
  • PO10: Lifelong Learning
    Engage in self-directed lifelong learning for continuous skill development and personal growth.
